綜合來看，本周雖有環保利好，但基本面缺失仍制約著市場價格前行。對于下周市場，雖有隨著70周年臨近，環保仍不會放松，鋼廠也會實質性的減產檢 修，但是現在需求短期回暖的可能性也不大，再加上9月1號開始必定會有不少工地面臨被迫性停工，因此，成交弱的局面短期難以改變，而目前這么大的市場庫 存，面對市場成交這么差，庫存消化得有段時間。因此，短期基本面弱的局面仍不會改變，價格在消息面的利好刺激反彈之后沒有基本面支撐，仍將出現快速的回落 的尷尬行情，預計下周天津方管市場價格將繼續震蕩偏弱運行。
